Establishing a Pipeline

Now that we are thoroughly out of pre-production and into the core development cycle for the semester, we took the time to establish an art pipeline to keep our asset development running smoothly. Each of our 5 artists have a designated role on the team, but all of their work cycles through this process now.
There are a few loops throughout the pipeline that will ensure the final assets are exactly what the game needs. These loops are mostly contained within creation then testing, then looping back until we are satisfied with the asset.
With these steps in place, it gives our artists a way to track their own progress so that they always know where their pieces are within the development cycle.
